Terms and Conditions
Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. Payment by check is accepted for approved accounts. Leasing is available by a 3rd party leasing company, subject to credit approval.
Shipping: We ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS (US Post) inside the United States. We cannot guarantee delivery to you or the delivery time. If your order is refused or returned and we receive the item(s) in new condition, we will issue you a refund less the shipping costs and restocking fee.
Shipping Damage: All goods are inspected, carefully packaged and in good condition when shipped. If your item(s) arrive damaged you should make a claim directly with the shipping company. We can and will assist you in this process whenever possible..
Return and/or Exchange Policy: Returns will be accepted if you receive an incorrect item due to our error. We will not accept returns or exchanges on items that are damaged under any circumstances. We also will not accept returns on any Custom Order Items. Items will only be accepted for return with a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Warranty: All items purchased from Harlan Health Products Inc. are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship extended by the product manufacturer. Should you encounter a defective item, please call us toll free 800-345-1124 for an RMA (return merchandise authorization). A copy of the original sales receipt may be requested.
Errors and Omissions: Harlan Health Products Inc. assumes no liability for errors in pricing or shipping applications. We reserve the right to change product descriptions, prices, specifications and model applications with no further obligation. We strive to only have images of actual item listed but from time to time images on our website may not necessarily depict the actual product that you will receive.
